1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 678 bat platform and all registered and unregistered users of the platform. These Terms apply to the use of the 678 bat website, mobile app, and any related services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the Curaçao Gaming License. 678 bat provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, Curaçao law shall apply.

2 Registration & Account Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility Mandatory

• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, and accurate contact details.
• You must be at least 18 years of age — providing false information will result in account termination.
• No individual may create more than one account.
• Only one account is permitted per household or IP address.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Notify 678 bat immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Renting, selling, or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

2.3 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain limit, or for security reasons, 678 bat reserves the right to verify your identity. In such cases, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are generally instant — if any processing delay occurs, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawals Important

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• BKash and Nagad transfers are typically processed in 5–10 minutes; bank withdrawals take 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — no alternative methods are allowed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

4 Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on 678 bat, please familiarise yourself with the rules below. These apply to all Sports Betting markets, including cricket, football, tennis, and more.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the bet was not processed due to a system error.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has kicked off.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned and the minimum required overs have not been completed, all bets will be voided.
• 678 bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that contain a clear technical error.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market.

4.1 Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is placed are final — even if the odds shift afterwards, the original odds will apply. If a bet fails to register correctly due to a network issue, it will be considered void.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

678 bat offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own specific terms and conditions clearly listed on the promotions page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Get up to 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: wager 10x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after all wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 678 bat reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Special bonuses and cashback for VIP members are governed by separate terms and conditions.

6 Prohibited Activities Warning

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 678 bat platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or using an account under another person's identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or any illegal source.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in operating an account.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

678 bat believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Self-Exclusion: You can self-suspend your account for a set period of time.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

9 Dispute Resolution
